The first 3 are "must have" vitamins for your nutritional support. The other vitamins will help detoxify the body, repairing cellular damage associated with working out, stress and everyday living, and support a healthy immune system.

 

1) Take a multivitamin/mineral supplement:

Antioxidant Shake

For those who don't like taking vitamins or have a hard time swallowing pills. This is a "shake" mix I use on occasion.

2 Vitamin D 400

1 cup of organic yogurt

1 cup of mixed frozen berries, try to use organic if able or your fruit of choice.

3/4 cup of pomegranate juice (use 1 cup if not using the yogurt)

 

Blend

After blending add 1 scoop of Complete Whey-G and mix in with a fork, do not blend, as you will denature the Whey with heat or friction. Consume all at once or divide it into thirds to consume throughout day, keep refrigerated. Take Omega-3s separate, preferably at the end of the day.
