Recommendations
Below are some recommendations on vitamins and supplements, please check with your doctor to see if any of the items below will interfere with your medication.
What should I take?
1. A multivitamin/mineral supplement
2. Omega-3s
3. Antioxidants
4. Vitamin D3, there are many conflicting reports on the intake and serum levels. Best recommendation I've seen is 5,000 IU a day to reach a serum level of 50-80 ng/ml or 35 IU's of Vitamin D3 daily per pound of body weight.
How much should I take?
